Refund policy

All Prospect Spirit Wear orders are made specifically for this school spirit-wear sale. Because orders are placed for a limited-time fundraiser, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size, color, or change of mind.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an item different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can work with you to correct the issue.

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us before the order deadline. Once the order has been submitted for production, cancellations may no longer be possible.

Refunds, when applicable, will be issued to the original payment method.
